Our Resort-Style Pools

The pool is, without a doubt, the centerpiece of every summer. Diving into clear water, relaxing on the sun deck, or unwinding in the shade of a cabana are all perfect ways to spend a summer day. It's the spot for morning laps, afternoons with family and friends, or watching the sunset. Bradbury at Blackridge and Everlee in Hoover have their pools open now, and they are some of our favorite places to hang out. In Nashville, you can enjoy a swim at both June Lake and Poplar Farms. The Social Clubhouse

Built for connection, our clubhouses feature beautifully designed social spaces with a purpose. These lounges and gathering areas are ideal for hosting everything from seasonal community events to casual weekend hangouts with neighbors and friends. Visit our Everlee amenity page to see inside. The Manor at Poplar Farms is one of our favorite clubhouses, and The Lexington Club at June Lake has everything you could ever need!

Step Outside for Entertainment

Southern nights are the most beautiful, and we have intentionally built outdoor spaces so you can make the most of every sunset. At Everlee, fire up the flavor at our outdoor grilling areas. Spend time fireside at the community fire pits in Bradbury at Blackridge. If relaxing is more your forte, spread out a blanket in the green spaces at June Lake and Poplar Farms. Event lawns are ideal spots for community movie nights under the stars.

Wellness & Recreation

For those who love an active escape, start your day with a scenic jog along the walking trails at Everlee, challenge a neighbor on the pickleball courts at June Lake, or head to the fitness center at Poplar Farms for a morning workout.
