The 2026 St. Jude Dream Home

For over 30 years, St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway has made a profound impact in bringing hope to children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, organized by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, is a campaign that goes beyond the chance to win a beautiful home. It delivers a powerful message of home and comfort to families navigating some of their hardest days.

This year marks the 22nd St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Nashville, and Signature Homes is incredibly proud to have been part of it for over ten years. This fundraiser is a true community and team effort, giving us all a hands-on way to support St. Jude’s life-saving work. Fighting childhood cancer is something we care about, and we put that commitment into every single home we build to make a real difference for these families.

What is the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway?

Each year, St. Jude teams up with about 40 builders nationwide, including Signature Homes, to build incredible homes that are given away through a ticket raffle. Tickets year-to-year are $100 each, and 100% of that money goes straight toward St. Jude’s mission: finding cures and saving children.

The 2026 St. Jude Dream Home

The 2026 St. Jude Dream Home is in our Saddlewalk at June Lake community in Thompson’s Station, TN. While the winner of this year’s St. Jude Dream Home has officially been chosen, the work doesn't stop here. For over a decade, building the Dream Home has been one of our proudest achievements. Supporting St. Jude’s life-saving mission remains deeply important to us as people, a company, and a homebuilder. The giveaway may be over for the year, but the fight against childhood cancer continues, and we will always be proud to stand behind it.

The home, with an estimated value of $950,000, features:

  • 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
  • 3,200 square feet
  • Located in the June Lake community in Thompson’s Stationl, TN
  • Includes a dog washing station, spa shower, designer trim details, and a backyard dog retreat.

The Signature Homes Why

This partnership means the world to us because it hits close to home. Working from our Nashville office, Chelsea, Business Support Manager, feels that same deep connection, sharing, “Kyle (Design Manager) and I were fortunate enough to tour the St. Jude hospital, and during that visit, I saw a young teenage girl sitting in a wheelchair. She had lost her hair from treatment and was sitting there beside her dad. I couldn’t help but think, at any point in time, that could be me. That could be my family. That could be Henry, Ruthie, Zola, or Myles. If I can contribute in even one small way to help ease the burden these families are carrying, then I will. If we can help give a child a better chance, give a parent a little more hope, or help find a cure, then every effort is worth it.” For Becky, Director of Product Development,  this work is personal. Her cousin Allison, who was diagnired with AML at age 6, is the reason for her support. “I adored her, and I loved her so much. Her story is the biggest part of my why. If Allison had been diagnosed with AML in 2026, her chances of survival would be roughly 68%. That difference represents progress, hope, and the lives that can be saved through research, treatment, and organizations committed to helping children and their families.”

Builder of the Year

At the St. Jude Builder Summit, we were proud to be given the Builder of the Year Award, Zero Hero Award, and Top Challenger Award. This honor belongs to everyone in our company. From development to design, our June Lake field to our executive team, their dedication is the reason we are able to make a difference for St. Jude.
